Rigght now, I’m in “planning mode” for a new offer I’m putting out next year.
The goal is to create a low-ticket offer…
Something that’s less than $50…
And I want to be able to scale it on cold traffic and put new buyers on my list.
So with that said…
I want to give you some insight into how I’m thinking about putting this offer together.
That way you can see inside my “marketing brain”.
I have a couple ideas of what products I could sell for this offer.
And I’m not married to any of the products.
My only criteria are…
1. The offer is something people REALLY want
2. It brings me quality buyers that are either offer owners or copywriters.
The big thing here is that I’m looking for QUALITY buyers.
Not flaky biz-opp folks…
Or people that have been in the IM game for 5 years and they haven’t made a penny.
That’s not my market.
I want serious offer owners…
And I want serious copywriters.
Why?
Cause I want to be able to be able to upgrade these people to my higher level stuff down the road.
That could be my Justin Goff Marketing Letter ($199 a month)…
Or Stefan and I’s Copy Accelerator mastermind (which is now $45k a year).
And in order to do that…
I need the right kind of people on my list.
Which are successful copywriters…
And successful offer owners…
Now one of my original ideas for this product was a course called “How to go from scratch to 100 sales a day”.
I know this course would sell well.
And people would gobble it up.
But based on my survey data, I have a feeling it would bring me wayyy too many newbies.
Which makes sense.
People who already have offers that are working, aren’t really interested in a course like that.
So even though it would be a great offer…
And even though it would probably sell really well…
I probably won’t do it.
Cause it’s not gonna bring the type of buyers I want.
So I’m gonna explore some other topics…
One topic I had in mind was something around email marketing.
Cause this appeals to offer owners…
And copywriters…
And everytime I run a survey, or host a webinar about email, it’s always one of the most popular topics.
People just love email.
And I know I could create a killler product showing you how to make 2-3x the money that other list owners make.
So I may turn that into a product.
But overall that’s where my thought process is.
One thing to keep in mind…
Like I said in the beginning of this email…
My goal is to create a low-ticket offer that I can scale on cold traffic.
That’s the goal.
It’s not about me creating the product I want to create (a big mistake a lot of people make).
It’s about me creating a product that will scale on cold traffic…
And that will bring me the right kind of buyers.
That’s what I want.
And it’s something you should keep in mind.
Cause that’s a million dollar marketing lesson right there.
It’s not about creating the product you want…
It’s about creating the product that THEY want.
Hope this was helpful…
Enjoy your Friday,
– Justin
